Ashley Monroe

Ashley Monroe is a country music songwriter and vocalist from America. Ashley Monroe formed a group known as Pistol Annies, with Angaleena Presley and Miranda Lambert in 2007, and then released her 2nd album, called Like a Rose. Ashley Monroe, Assistant Village Manager of the Village in Riverside Illinois has more than fifteen years of experience in working in the government sector. She spent nearly five years working in Iowa City as the Deputy City Manager. As the Assistant Village Manager she is currently responsible for managing the Community Development and Building Department and the completion of projects. Ashley assists in assisting with the village's services on a daily basis, as well as working with elected representatives of the local area. Prior roles include city planning and government communications budgeting personnel management and collective bargaining as well as focusing on climate change initiatives. Ashley has the ability to utilize her previous experience of working in a variety of local and national organisations. She also has learned about the way the public sector operates.
